A snowmobile driven by young farmers from Biei will lead you to the beautiful white forest world, Shirogane Birke.
Let’s enjoy the activity there!

Conditions to participate
・Only those aged 16 and above may drive a snow mobile.
・Depending on your driving experience, the course you drive may differ.
・We will teach you how to drive a snowmobile before you start and practice time is included.
・Children must be aged 6 or older and are not permitted to ride the snowmobile on their own. Please have them ride with their parent or guardian (parents or guardians must be aged 16 or older).
・Please come in comfortable and weather-appropriate clothing (ski / snowboard wear)and snow boots.
※We regret that the following individuals are not able to take part in this tour:
-Pregnant women, intoxicated individuals, those with a recent fracture or sprain, individuals with a medical condition such as heart disease, mental disability etc.

COVID-19 INFECTION CONTROL MEASURES
・Please take care to confirm that you have not come down with a cold or a fever in the 2 weeks prior to the day of your tour.
・On the day of the tour, if your temperature measures above 37C, we will ask you to refrain from participating (if we have to cancel your tour due to a temperature or ill health, a cancellation fee will not apply). We will run each and every tour with a small number of participants in small groups, but we ask you to be mindful of the distance between yourself and other participants.
・In solidarity with customers, we are asking our guides to stay 2 metres (or, 3 large strides) apart from participants and other guides.
・Our guides will be equipped with hands-free microphones or similar, so that their voices will carry without being raised when offering guiding explanations. When offering explanations, the guides will do so without facing clients. We appreciate your understanding in this regard.
・We will do everything we can to implement Covid-19 infection control measures while on tour, but infection control measures are not infallible. We ask that you participate with this in mind.
・The capacity for the banana boat experience is 4 and snow rafting is 6. Only 1 person at a time can drive a snowmobile.
・The normal speed of banana boat is 20km/h. Minimum speed is 30km/h.
・You may experience cold winds and be hit by snow during the drive.
・You may feel a strong pulling sensation when you set off.
・15minutes includes time to change clothes and transfer time.
・We will ask you to change your boots if you are wearing boots with metal fittings because it may damage the boat.
・For your safety, please do not take pictures during the activity. Our staff can take pictures for you instead.
・There is no chance of hitting any trees unless the course is rough, so please trust your driver.
